Spring has sprung, and with a new season comes new hair trends that we’re excited to tell you all about—no gatekeeping here! This season is rich in curly hairstyles and haircuts, so much so that we decided to create a roundup specifically for our curly-haired friends. “This spring's trends are all about texture,” says curl specialist and Mizani artist Carla Marcelle.

We tapped the Cleveland, Ohio-based stylist to fill us in on everything going on in curl world right now, and she didn’t disappoint. Think: Extra, while still being low-maintenance!
