How I Use Biolage Professional Strength Recovery In My Routine

When I received the Biolage Professional Strength Recovery line, I was coming off a hectic week where I relied heavily on my emotional support bun. My go-to bun did help me survive the week—but it came at a cost. Specifically: My hair looked (and felt) extremely dry and brittle.

I hit the shower and lathered my strands with the Strength Recovery Shampoo to start my routine. The formula was so creamy for a moment I thought I had accidentally grabbed the conditioner. As I began to work the shampoo through my strands, I could feel my snarls start to smooth and my hair detangle beneath my fingers.
